Our motto is “Let the stones talk about you.” For a stone to speak for you, it first has to be honest about itself. That is why every piece in the house names exactly what it is made of.
What that means in practice
- We say natural diamond, lab-grown diamond or moissanite, never a vague “diamond-like stone”.
- We name the metal: 18k gold, gold vermeil, gold-plated. Not “gold tone”.
- When a gemstone has been heated, oiled or otherwise treated, we say so, because it affects how you care for it.
Why it matters to you
Clear labels let you choose with confidence and compare fairly. They tell you how to look after a piece, and what it may mean to you in years to come. And they mean there is never an awkward surprise later, at a valuation or a repair.
Why it matters to us
Every option has its place. Lab-grown diamonds and moissanite offer real beauty at gentler prices; vermeil lets you wear gold every day without the cost of solid gold. None of them needs to hide behind vague wording. We would rather you chose a piece knowing exactly what it is, and loved it for that.
Our promise
If a listing ever leaves you unsure, ask us, and you will get a straight answer. That is the house standard, and we hold ourselves to it.
