Made to order

Most pieces are finished within ten working days of your order. Bespoke commissions take longer; we agree a date with you before any work begins, and keep you updated along the way.

Insured, tracked, signed for

Every parcel is insured for its full value, tracked from the moment it leaves the house, and needs a signature on delivery. We email your tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way.

Delivery fees

Delivery costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Collect in person

Prefer to collect? Choose collection at checkout and we will arrange a private appointment for you to pick up your piece, and check the fit while you are with us.

How it arrives

Each piece comes in the house’s emerald box, with its certificate and a care card. If it is a gift, tell us and we will leave out anything that shows the price.

Further afield

Delivery beyond our usual area is available on request. Please contact us before ordering, and we will confirm the cost, timing and any import duties first.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed, or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
